Easy Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may
return it within 14 days for an exchange or full refund.
Simply mail the purchase back to us in the ORIGINAL BOX and we will issue you a
check or a credit card refund within 14 days of receipt. (We cannot accept worn
bows, or merchandise which has been damaged in the return process, i.e. bows
smashed in an envelope. Bows must be packaged in a BOX for us to accept the
return.) While we understand that it is sometimes difficult to judge sizes when
ordering online, we do not make exchanges if you order the incorrect size.
We strive to provide accurate measurements and descriptions. Please choose your
sizes carefully. Please email us if
you are unsure about what size to order, and a member of our staff will be happy
to assist you and to provide a sample when possible.
We are unable to offer returns or exchanges on custom hair bow holders. Thank
